Health-focused therapy is designed to help you create lasting changes that support both your physical and mental health. I provide you a safe space to feel supported and understood without judgement. Therapy can teach you skills to better manage:

Stress is directly tied to our health. Learning to manage stressors allows us to step into the life we want to live.
Sleep
Therapy can teach you how to improve your sleep. If you are having trouble falling or staying asleep then behavioral therapy may just be the next step for you. Especially for those looking to sleep without medications.
Fees
I am not contracted with insurance at this time. My fees are out of pocket. I can supply a Super Bill you can submit to your insurance for out of network benefits.
